Mardi Gras is an Excellence-class cruise ship operated by Carnival Cruise Line. The ship is Carnival’s lead vessel of the fleet’s Excel-class, a subclass of the Excellence class, and was built by Finnish shipbuilder Meyer Turku in Turku, Finland. At 181,808 GT, she is the largest ship in Carnival’s fleet. Helkama Bica was the main cable supplier producing and delivering over 4000 km of cables on time and according to Meyer Turku Shipyard’s production schedule.

Helmacab (Helkama Bica) covered the full scope of low voltage power and instrumentation cabling needs for the project. Helmacab is located near Meyer Turku shipyard and with any urgent cable needs we were able to support the shipyard with same day delivery.
